This shell offered great design possibilities, having as a unique feature an open plan of 140 square meters, with three main openings overlooking the park and five the inner courtyard.<\/p>\n
A private entrance leads to the living area facing the park: two divisions organize the space, visually and physically separating the living room, dining room and study\/gym, but at the same time allow the perception of a single environment, which, thanks to the large windows, looks bright, dilated and in communication with the outside.<\/p>\n
As opposed to the living area, the most private part of the house, facing the inner courtyard, can be found, where there are a kitchen, a laundry room, a guest room with bathroom, and a master bedroom with attached bathroom. The materials used are mostly natural: a local stone polished in place, marble of Orosei, defines the living area, but is also used as a coating in the bathrooms; in the sleeping area, parquet in essence of bleached oak is used.<\/p>\n
The house is characterized by contemporary lines and soft colors, reflected on the furniture designed to measure, to which are brought together works of art, lamps and furniture design: the result is a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the particular study regarding the internal light.<\/p>\n

Questo involucro offriva una grande possibilit\u00e0 progettuale, avendo come unica caratteristica una pianta libera di circa 140 mq, con tre affacci principali con vista sul parco e cinque sul\u00a0 cortile interno.<\/p> Un ingresso riservato conduce alla zona giorno rivolta al parco: due quinte organizzano lo spazio, separando visivamente e fisicamente il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e lo studio \u2013 palestra, ma allo stesso tempo consentono la percezione di un unico ambiente, il quale, mediante le ampie vetrate, appare luminoso, dilatato e in comunicazione con l'esterno.<\/p> In contrapposizione alla zona giorno troviamo la parte pi\u00f9 riservata della casa, rivolta al cortile interno, in cui sono presenti una cucina abitabile, una lavanderia, una camera per gli ospiti con bagno, e una camera padronale con bagno annesso.<\/p> I materiali utilizzati sono per lo pi\u00f9 naturali: una pietra locale levigata sul posto, il marmo di orosei, definisce la zona giorno, ma la ritroviamo anche impiegata come rivestimento nei bagni,\u00a0 per la zona notte invece \u00e8 stato utilizzato un parquet in legno di essenza rovere sbiancato.<\/p> L'abitazione \u00e8 caratterizzata da linee contemporanee e colori tenui che si riflettono sull'arredo disegnato su misura, al quale vengono accostati opere d'arte, lampade e mobili di design: il risultato \u00e8 un ambiente accogliente e confortevole, anche grazie al particolare studio portato avanti sull'illuminazione interna.<\/p> [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\"1_3\"][et_pb_text admin_label=\"Text\" background_layout=\"light\" text_orientation=\"left\" use_border_color=\"off\" border_color=\"#ffffff\" border_style=\"solid\"]<\/p> Progetto: <\/strong>Abitazione privata, Sassari 2011.
